·         for customers with net income over BGN 1,200 and a salary transfer to the bank or a commitment, no guarantor is required for a loan up to BGN 50,000

·         for customers with net income up to BGN 1,200 and a salary transfer to the bank or a commitment, no guarantor is required for a loan up to BGN 40,000

* at the bank's discretion, a guarantor or co-obligor may be required

Creditworthiness Analysis Fee (one-time fee charged at loan disbursement):

1% of the approved loan amount, min. BGN 58.67

0.5% of the amount of the approved loan, min. BGN 58.67, if the insurance "CCB Life +" or "CCB Accident" is taken out for the entire term of the loan with a single payment of the insurance premium

Fee for creditworthiness analysis - for loan applicants with a net income of at least BGN 1200:

·         0.50% of the approved loan amount, min. BGN 58.67

For loans in BGN. The interest rate is based on the basic reference rate for consumer loans (BRLR Pk) for the respective currency + surcharge. Total amount due BGN 23 587.65, monthly instalment amount BGN 277.07. See CCB's methodology for determining the APRC PC for consumer loans.

For loans in EUR: The annual percentage rate of charge is 4.94% for a loan of EUR 10,000 with a repayment term of 7 years and a floating interest rate of 4.4%, including a one-off credit analysis fee of 0.5% and a monthly card current account service fee of EUR 1.30. The interest rate is based on the basic reference rate for consumer loans (ORLR Pk) for the relevant currency + a surcharge. Total amount due EUR 11 796.30 and monthly instalment amount EUR 138.54.
