The advantage of investing

The world is dynamic and strenuous.  Investing is a necessary part of the modern cares for your savings. What to invest in is one of the eternal questions. In order to take advantage of the movement on global financial markets, we offer you the easiest and most convenient way – mutual fund purchases.

The Mutual Fund is a collective scheme for investing and managing money in the financial markets, which is very common in the developed countries. The fund is divided into units which are constantly offered for sale to investors and repurchased by the Fund at their request. The number of units held by the investor certifies how much of the total assets of the mutual fund are held by the unit holder. The investors receive risk-adjusted income from unit price increases.

The Mutual Fund allows you to:

·         Save time and make money

A team of professionals with in-depth knowledge and experience manage your money in order to achieve the optimal possible return. You do not have to spend any time and energy to get into the world of finance, as well as keep track of economic and market events.

·         Benefit from tax relief

The income from investment in mutual funds is exempt from taxes under the Bulgarian law.

·         Diversify assets

The funds invest in a large number of shares, bonds and other financial instruments in different areas of the economy and geographic regions, leading to optimization of the risk.

·         Get high investment liquidity

At any time, you can get the cash equivalent of the units purchased by you through the so-called repurchase of the fund's units.

·         Achieve high returns

It is possible to achieve a higher profit rate compared to another type of savings and to protect your finances from inflation.

·         Get security

The units purchased are your direct property, enabling you to provide the means to achieve your long-term goals.

·         Know how much your money has become

We daily publish information on the value of the mutual funds’ units on www.investor.bg, www.baud.bg and the website of CCB Assets Management www.ccbam.bg.
