Changes in payment on 3D terminals
Dear customers,
All debit and credit cards issued by CCB AD are registered with the 3-D Secure online payment programs (Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa).
Due to changes by Mastercard and Visa, you may have difficulty paying online using Mastercard/Visa cards with participating Mastercard SecureCode/Verified by Visa online merchants. To continue making secure payments with your debit or credit card, you need to check the settings for TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption protocols on your internet browser. If you are still using TLS 1.0, you need to upgrade to TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2.
The same setting is also required to be made by the CCB AD online merchants, where the change in the TLS protocol may result in impossible access to the payment application containing information about the accepted payments.
The steps required to apply the settings are described here.
Faithfully Yours,
Central Cooperative Bank
