Access to customer statements
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that customer statements of accounts via the remote access channels CCB Online and CCB Mobile can be generated up to two years back, not counting the current year, i.e. currently statements can be generated with a start date of 01.01.2022.
Statements prior to 2022 can be obtained at a CCB JSC office with a corresponding fee payable in accordance with the Bank's Tariff.
