CCB Assets Management

Management Company CCB Assets Management EAD was established on 22 November 2006 and holds a license for management company No 24-УД issued on 18 January 2007 by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). The company has been authorized by FSC to organize and manage three mutual funds:

• CCB Leader is a mutual fund operating under Decision No 637-ДФ issued on 9 May 2007 by FSC. It is suitable for investors, looking for higher yield for their savings while taking moderate to high risk.
• CCB Active is a mutual fund operating under Decision No 638-ДФ issued on 9 May 2007 by FSC. It is suitable for investors, looking for steady yield and moderate growth for their savings while taking moderate risk.
• CCB Garant is a mutual fund operating under Decision No 715-ДФ issued on 31 May 2007 by FSC. It is suitable for investors, looking for steady yield for their savings while taking low risk.

The scope of activity of CCB Assets Management EAD includes:
Management of the operations of collective investment schemes and closed-end investment companies as well as management of individual portfolios and provision of investment advice on securities.
CCB Assets Management EAD is one of the leading non-banking financial institutions in Bulgaria.
As at 31 December 2017 the assets managed by the company amounted to BGN 58,345,360, which makes it ranked ninth in the ranking of the management companies, members of the Bulgarian Association of Management Companies (BAMC), with a market share of 4.23%. CCB Assets Management EAD is a member of the Bulgarian Association of Management Companies (BAMC), established on 30 November 2004 as the first association of professional portfolio managers of mutual funds in Bulgaria.
