CCB Lite – easy, secure and convenient, wherever you are, through your smartphone, tablet or computer!
Your bank is close to you, no matter where you are located - at home, in front of your computer or while on the move - via a smartphone, tablet or other mobile device connected to the Internet, CCB Lite is with you.
CCB Lite is intended to be used by adult natural persons. By the service you can:
- make instant transfers Blink - the fastest interbank transfers in national currency at any time of the year - 24/7, 365 days a year;

perform transfers between your own accounts with CCB Plc for amounts up to EUR 15,000 or their BGN equivalent;

buy or sell currency between your own accounts for amounts up to EUR 15,000 or their BGN equivalent;

make transfers in BGN and another currency on CCB accounts up to predefined limits (it is also possible to define in advance the counterparties to which payments are possible);

perform interbank transfers in BGN up to predefined limits (it is also possible to define in advance the counterparties to which payments are possible);

pay your utility bills;

check the available balance on your bank cards;

receive reports and statements as well as information on exchange rates, deposit maturity, loan status, etc.;
In order to log in to CCB Lite and perform transfers, you need to have a valid Bulgarian GSM number and register it with a single visit to a Bank office.

LIMITS
Limits on transfers between the accounts of one and the same customer up to the BGN equivalent of EUR 15,000- Limits on transfers to any recipientsup to BGN 1'000 per 24 hours
- Limits on transfers to counterparties and payment of utility bills up to BGN 6'000 per 24 hours
SECURITY
CCB uses 256-bit encrypted sessions in the communication between your browser and CCB Lite which have the highest level of security.
User identification in the system is carried out by means of a username, password and SMS code.
Additional protection is added by means of SMS authorization when making transfers.

- Какво трябва да направя, в случай че съм забравил паролата за достъп?
Необходимо е да подадете заявка за генериране на нова парола за достъп като въведете потребителско име, e-mail и нова парола по Ваш избор. На посоченият в заявката e-mail ще получите код за забравена парола, който следва да предоставите в избран от Вас офис на ЦКБ АД за нейното активиране.
- Как мога да извършвам активни операции през CCB Lite?
За да извършвате преводи и плащания на битови сметки и еднократни задължения през CCB Lite е необходимо при регистрацията за услугата да сте посочили, че желаете да имате права за активни операции, да ползвате лимити за преводи към произволни получатели и/или контрагенти, както и да предоставите валиден GSM номер на български оператор.
При извършване на активни операции, платежните нареждания се подписват с въвеждане на SMS код, получен на Вашия мобилен телефон, и паролата Ви за вход в CCB Lite.
- Мога ли да нареждам валутни преводи към други банки в страната и чужбина?
Не. През CCB Lite можете да нареждате единствено валутни преводи по сметки в ЦКБ АД.
- Възможно ли е да нареждам преводи за плащане на данъци, осигуровки и др.?
През CCB Lite не е възможно да се нареждат преводи за плащане на данъци, осигуровки и други плащания към бюджета.
- Възможно ли е да сменя GSM номера за потвърждение на операции в CCB Lite, без да посещавам офис на ЦКБ АД?
Да. Можете да извършите смяна на GSM номера във Вашия профил, когато стария Ви GSM номер е активен.
В противен случай, смяната може да се извърши само в офис на банката.
- Възможно ли е да нареждам междубанков левов превод и да плащам битови сметки от валутна сметка?
Не е възможно. Необходимо е да си откриете сметка в български лева.
- Възможно ли е да увелича лимитите за преводи, без да посещавам офис на ЦКБ АД?
Можете само да намалите лимитите. Увеличаването им се извършва в офис на банката или през CCB Online.
